WALKOUT MATRIX

RATEWORK TIMEOUT ATVS 100

Order size sets how many you pick. Your rate sets how long they take.
Skipping lunch moves the finish 45 minutes, nothing else.

AS-0304.5BENT MATH / SCALE GEOMETRY BRIEF

Percent measures how much work you clear per minute.
The clock is what you get when you divide by it.

time = standard ÷ (rate ÷ 100)

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE

  1. THE RATE IS A DIVISORYou add ten points to the rate, but that ten lands underneath the standard as a divide. Addition runs straight. Division bends.
  2. 200% IS A WALL, NOT A ZERODoubling how much you clear per minute can only ever halve the clock. You cannot take away more time than the order had.
  3. THE TOP OF THE SCALE IS CROWDEDEvery rate above 200% has to fit inside that last remaining half, so the line flattens out instead of dropping to nothing.
  4. SO THE CHEAP MINUTES ARE LOW DOWNThe same ten points of effort is worth roughly three times more at the bottom of the scale than at the top.
